The topic of this page has a wiki of its own: The Great British Bake Off Wiki.

The Great British Bake Off ((GBBO) often shorten to Bake Off) is a British television baking competition, produced by Love Productions, in which a group of amateur bakers compete against each other in a series of rounds, attempting to impress a group of judges with their baking skills, with a contestant being eliminated in each round, with the winner being selected from the contestants who reach the finals.

It's first 7 seasons were aired on the BBC, but in 2017, it was moved to Channel 4. The original hosts were Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc, and the judges were Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood. Paul is still a presenter, but Mary was replaced with Prue Leith, who left the BBC show Great British Menu. The new hosts were Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding.

In Chronological order, the winners have been: Edd Kimber, Joanne Wheatley, John Whaite, Frances Quinn, Nancy Birtwhistle, Nadiya Hussain, Candice Brown, Sophie Faldo and Rahul Mandal.
